Small RNA Targets
Putative small RNA targets can be predicted using the Small RNA Targets function. It permits identification of small RNA target genes within a user-selectable sequence window relative to the gene starts (maximum 2,000 nt upstream and 4,000 nt downstream). The small RNA libraries that can be selected are given on the Documentation page. For further data processing of results, target sites and genes detected around annotated genes can be downloaded as a file containing all sites detected for the selected small RNA library between 2000 bp upstream and 4000 bp downstream of each gene.
